Meet the Team

Don Johnson is an Industry-leading Broadband Solutions Consultant, Asset Broker, and investor specializing in cable, internet, voice, and security services and negotiations for residential communities and commercial properties for over 35 years. He is co-founder of Paradigm Broadband Group, which recently celebrated its 25^th anniversary. He has also owned and operated many cable systems in his tenure. He is a principal at Inspire WiFi.

Mr. Johnson was part of the original team that launched DirecTV’s national Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) campaign, co-creating and implementing the first Direct Broadcast Satellite (“DBS”) launch into the multiple-dwelling unit (“MDU”) market. His business unit at DirecTV now serves over 2.5mm subscribers.   

Don also developed video service bundling strategies and launched marketing campaigns for two Regional Bell Operating Companies (“RBOCs”) and dozens of Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (“ILECs”). In 1998, Mr. Johnson co-founded “ParaComm”, a Private Cable Operator (at the time, the nation’s largest Master System Operator (“MSO”) for DirecTV) providing digital video services to over 22,000 residences in the multi-housing market, while managing fifty Private DBS Providers (“System Operators”) for DirecTV, representing 120,000 video subscribers.

Mr. Johnson lives in Central Florida with his wife of 33 years, and they have 3 daughters and a son. Don enjoys golfing, boating, rock concerts, and spending time with his family and friends.

Today, Mr. Johnson leads Inspire WiFi, and has cultivated a state-of-the-art broadband service package, designed to deliver a superior customer experience at the most affordable prices in the Industry. His team of Inspire WiFi Guys (the “I-Guys”) now offer cloud-managed WIFI platforms including Data-Management software (Bluetooth heat mapping, social-distance measuring, contact tracing and video monitoring solutions), advanced (IOT) Internet of Things (from locks to lights to smart appliances), as well as video streaming services (cable-cutting solutions), with voice services (VOIP) coming soon.

Rod Linder

Rod Linder has been investing in and managing Private Cable Companies and subscriber-based operations for the last decade under Flagler Consulting Group. Previously, Mr. Linder was the President for Boca Bay Properties and Burnt Store Marina. Rod had a 30-year career as a prominent developer in Southwest Florida before joining the Inspire team.

Mr. Linder lives in South Florida, and he has 2 grown daughters. Rod enjoys golfing, fishing and cooking.

Today, Mr. Linder is one of Inspire’s principals and leads the team of I-Guys who are responsible for customer growth. His team will present you with our services and options and be your liaison from proposal through contract to installation and beyond. Rod also leads our Investor Relations group and is responsible for developing and maintaining those critical relationships for the company as well.

G. Carlton Marlowe

Carlton Marlowe has been a practicing attorney in the south Florida market for over 40 years, and has established a reputation for his expertise and integrity. Mr. Marlowe has been investing in, financing and managing Private Cable Companies and subscriber-based operations, as President & Partner for Flagler Consulting Group, for almost a decade.

Mr. Marlowe lives in South Florida, and he has 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren. Carlton enjoys boating and travel, but being a grandfather is his favorite pastime.

Mr. Marlowe is one of Inspire WiFi’s principal leaders. He is responsible for the administration of the company day to day. He leads a team of experienced Broadband Solutions Professionals, who have earned Inspire WiFi a reputation as one of the best service providers in the nation.

David LaBree

David LaBree is a seasoned technical and broadband leader, with decades of experience in Network Integration, Systems Integration, Software Development, Product Development, RF Design/Engineering, Network Design/Engineering, ISP and OSP, Systems Integration, Video, Voice and Data. Mr. Labree will be leading the company’s evolution from a WiFi wireless internet company to a comprehensive Broadband Solutions Provider.

Under Mr. LaBree’s leadership, our engineering teams design tailored WIFI network plans for the unique residential or commercial property to be installed and activated.  David is also responsible for overseeing the ongoing technical support, management and maintenance teams of all Inspire customers.

Mr. LaBree will drive Inspire WiFi’s initiatives of helping communities own their own broadband network, while Inspire’s professional team of broadband technicians manage the network.

Co-Founder of Paradigm Broadband Group, Heather Johnson is a Marketing Executive with four decades working in the broadband and real estate industries. Since 1993, she has consulted for an extensive variety of video, voice and data service providers, real estate organizations, community associations, and telecommunications companies.

Mrs. Johnson lives in central Florida with her husband, Don. They have 4 grown children. Heather enjoys music, dancing, cooking, and volunteering in her community.

Her team of I-Guys help to ensure that you have all of the marketing materials your property needs to market your Free WIFI zone; from Hot Spots to Community-Wide networks with multiple software packages.

Her I-Guys also offer customized resident surveys for your community. They track and report survey results directly to you, so you can discover your residents’ level of satisfaction with their current broadband service. You can also determine their interest in new WIFI amenities, which services are the most popular with your residents, visitors and faculty, and at what price points they’re willing to pay. 

Ryan Rich

Mr. Rich brings Inspire decades of experience from the Multi-housing Industry as executive in IT management and support. Having led from the ownership and management side of the Industry, he brings a unique perspective on how important it is to have a safe, reliable and robust WiFi service provider for communities like yours.

His team of i-Guys are responsible for monitoring bandwidth usage, managing our US based 24 hours a day x 7 days a week call center and overseeing the company’s NOC (Network Operating Center). His technical support team is always available to assist our customers, and their visitors and residents, in connecting to Inspire’s wireless network.

Ryan Rich is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience working with technology platforms, software development, system integration and network administration. Under Ryan’s guidance, Inspire continues to have a superior customer experience reputation nationwide among its customers.

Mr. Rich lives in Chicago Illinois with his wife, and they have 2 children. Rich enjoys….

Mr. Rich and his team of I-Guys monitor and manage the WiFi network, to ensure the optimal customer experience. If there is an issue with the network, our engineers will usually know about it before your residents do! This allows us to get a jump start to troubleshooting and resolution fast.

Kathy Campbell has over 30 years of experience managing law practices, accounting and administration teams. She is responsible for the financial management of the day-to-day company business for both customers and vendors.

A native Floridian, Kathy lives in South Florida with her husband, and she has 2 grown sons. She is an avid reader, loves the beach, and enjoys travel and spending time with family.

She helps customers with our financing partners to arrange commercial and equipment loans to help pay for the system installation expenses. Elyse has been a well-regarded Community Consultant for broadband services for Condo & Homeowner Associations for almost eight years. She has steered direct sales campaigns throughout Southeast United States for more than thirteen years.

Elyse lives in central Florida, and enjoys Pilates, music, history, and traveling.

Elyse skillfully administers the community survey process and works hand-in-hand with the I-Guys to ensure Inspire customers receive the white glove treatment, as they get their properties activated with their chosen package of WIFI products from our broadband suite of services.
